Helical blade diameter: 80mm – 500mm (single or double helix, triple helix available). Blade thickness: 4mm – 12mm. Standard length: 1.2m – 4.5m (custom up to 8m). Application description:

Widely used as deep foundation supports for solar panel arrays, boardwalks, light poles, signage, communication towers, temporary structures, and residential decks. Also suitable for anchoring retaining walls, earth retention systems, pipeline supports, and slope stabilization. The helical design allows quick, vibration-free installation with minimal soil disturbance, providing immediate load-bearing capacity without concrete curing time.

Production description

Steel pipe or bar is cut to specified length. Helical blades are cut from steel plate, formed, and welded onto the shaft at calculated pitch. A pointed tip is attached at one end, and a connecting cap (flange, thread, or plate) is welded at the other. The pile is hot-dip galvanized (Z275–Z600), then inspected for weld integrity, coating thickness, and dimensional accuracy.

Shipping Packaging

For export, helical screw piles are bundled with wooden separators, secured with steel straps, fitted with end protectors (for caps and tips), and packed on ISPM-15 pallets. Labels include grade, shaft size, blade diameter, length, and heat number for safe sea freight.

1. How to store helical screw piles to prevent coating damage and corrosion?

Store on level, dry ground on wooden sleepers or pallets, keep piles elevated to avoid moisture. Do not drop or drag piles to protect galvanized coating and helix blades. For long-term storage, keep original wrapping and store under cover. Minor coating scratches should be repaired with zinc-rich paint before installation.

2. How are helical screw piles installed?

Installation uses hydraulic torque motors (skid-steer, excavator, or handheld units). The pile is rotated into the ground until the desired torque and depth are reached. No excavation, concrete, or curing time is required. Installation torque is monitored to verify load capacity. For deeper installations, extension shafts are available.

3. What torque or capacity can your helical piles achieve?

Capacity depends on shaft diameter, blade size, number of helices, and soil conditions. Typical ultimate torque capacity ranges from 2,000 to 15,000 N·m.
